Position Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist supports the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple divisions with a high degree of technical accuracy. This role works closely with marketing and creative teams to prepare campaigns, review content for accuracy, coordinate approvals, and help ensure emails are delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented with strong writing and proofreading skills, and understands how to support lead generation and customer engagement for a national brand.
Primary Responsibilities
• ssist with the setup and scheduling of email marketing campaigns
• Review incoming email requests and confirm all required information is provided
• Proofread email copy and review designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality
• Initiate and review test emails to verify formatting and links prior to deployment
• Coordinate edits and revisions with Marketing Management and creative teams
• Help maintain campaign schedules and ensure emails are sent on time
• Coordinate with Marketing Management teams to help investigate and resolve issues related to email automations or scheduled campaigns
• Support ongoing email team optimization initiatives including reporting, insights, automated campaigns, and tracking of email campaign performance


Qualifications
o 1+ year of related experience
o Project Management with email marketing
o Strong reporting skills
o High-level attention to detail
o Strong writing and proofreading skills
o Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related discipline
Preferred:

• o Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• o Experience with Salesforce Suite Applications or other Email Marketing Applications
• o Knowledge of database architecture and SQL
