HR Strategic Consultant

Description
Responsibilities
• HR strategic consultant to support various elements of our HR strategy, including our operating model, board materials, HR IT solutions, etc

• Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute medium- and long-term HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Organizational Design: Advise on company restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce planning to scale operations effectively.
• Talent Management: Design end-to-end talent strategies covering executive recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and retention programs.
• Culture & Engagement: Evaluate workplace culture and advise on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead organizations through transitional phases by developing effective communication plans and minimizing employee friction.
• People Analytics: Utilize data-driven HR metrics to pinpoint operational gaps, track KPIs, and measure the ROI of human capital initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure HR practices and revised corporate policies align with all local, state, and federal labor laws.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.54 - $81.25/hr.
