Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in Ogden. The role is full‑time with a part‑time feel, offering care across three NICUs and a generous schedule that balances professional responsibilities with personal life. Schedule Approximately six 24‑hour shifts and five 7‑hour shifts per month. Out‑of‑hospital call model with flexibility to enjoy personal time. Significant time off between scheduled shifts. Practice Overview The NNP will provide care across two LevelIII and one LevelII NICUs: Ogden Regional Medical Center (high acuity, ADC ≈17), Holy Cross Hospital – Davis (mid‑volume, ADC ≈8), and Lakeview Hospital (low acuity). Collaborative, team‑based care is emphasized, with 2:1 coverage and neonatologist support.
