Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Overview Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) needed for coverage near Salt Lake City, Utah. The position involves 24‑hour shifts with rounding, on‑call coverage, and support from a neonatologist. Responsibilities 24‑hour shift: 8‑hour rounding starting at 7 a.m. with on‑call for the remainder of the shift. Coverage within three worksites: Ogden Regional Medical Center (Level III NICU, ADC 17), Davis Hospital and Medical Center (Level III NICU, ADC 8‑10), and Lakeview Hospital (Level II NICU). Neonatologist support available as backup. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification. Minimum of a Master’s degree. Active UT license or the ability to obtain one. Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an NNP in a hospital setting. Benefits and Compensation Per diem staff travel expenses (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) covered for those who live outside a commutable distance. W‑2 employment status. Employee assistance program. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO, company holidays, or other compensation.
