Position Overview
Olé Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent service, and can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the restaurant POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer requests and resolve service issues professionally
- Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep tables, dining areas, and service areas clean and organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests
