Site Coordinator

Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $26.65 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description As our Site Coordinator, you will be focused on client satisfaction, responding to client inquiries and manage administrative items for the clinical office. You will be the welcoming presence and walk the lobby ensuring you are engaging clients helping them feel comfortable where they believe they are being heard. You will be 100% onsite in Lafayette, CO and report to the Program Manager. Job Profile: Do you bring a significant customer service emphasis? Are you comfortable working with challenging situations? Have you worked in mental health and with severe persistent mentally ill (SPMI) populations? Do you seek resolution to questions and problems and provide prompt follow up?
