CADC: Transform Lives as Substance Use Counselor

UCAN in Chicago seeks a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to provide comprehensive substance use assessments, treatment planning, counseling, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and care coordination for youth, adults, and families. The CADC will document in our electronic health record, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Lincoln
