Substance Use and Treatment Services (SUTS) Counselor Pilsen Wellness Center Chicago, IL Full-Time $42,000 per year Site 3113 West Cermak Rd Chicago IL 60623 Schedule Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:00 PM and alternating Saturdays Job Summary Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SUTS Counselor to participate in the development and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans, facilitate the provision of appropriate therapeutic and rehabilitative services, and monitor the progress of participants. Responsibilities Provide culturally and logistically appropriate individual and/or group counseling sessions Promote an effective recovery environment Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in supervision and case consultations Coordinate care with internal and external resources Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Qualifications Associates Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Certified Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills New certifiable staff must obtain IAODAPCA certification within two years of employment with PWC Benefits & Compensation Salary: $42,000 annually Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing professional development, including clinical supervision and virtual trainings About Us Pilsen Wellness Center is a community-based organization providing culturally responsive behavioral health and social services.
