Receptionist/Office Support
$17 - $19 per hourMoonlight Packing Corporation
Position Purpose To provide customer assistance as well as assist with general office duties. Local candidates preferred! Job Responsibilities Receives the public Prepares outgoing mail; pick up/drop off, sorts and distributes incoming mail Daily bank deposits at various banks Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Maintains kitchen grocery inventory Maintains kitchen clean (Dishes, Trash, etc.) Oversee office/lunch preparation and cleanup for customer visits Other duties, will be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or higher Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Valid California Driver’s License Pay Range (Low $17.00 to Max $19.00)/hourly This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
