At Fooda, we believe a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to every day.Position OverviewAs an Operations Account Executive you will play a crucial role in helping manage daily operations for the Seattle market. Your "North Star" is ensuring that we provide a consistently first-rate lunch experience for our clients and their employees. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to on-board and train new restaurants, handle inbound requests from clients, and provide on-site support. This role requires ~40% local travel within the Seattle area.What You'll Be DoingAssist in managing daily operations of the Seattle market.Train, launch, and conduct performance follow-ups with restaurants for our Delivery and Popup platforms, cultivating an exceptional local restaurant network.Serve as the point of contact for clients and restaurants, including day-of communication, recurring meetings, and general support.Support client launches by coordinating on-site logistics and ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.Conduct on-site audits to ensure restaurant compliance and assess customer experience.Accurately input and validate data to maintain accuracy across Fooda systems.Collaborate with other members of the Operations team to achieve an excellent service experience for our clients, day in and day out.Who You AreYou have at least four years' experience in a professional work setting.You love process, work fast, and care about the details.You are very organized and detail oriented.
