We're searching for an experienced assistant general manager to help our general manager plan and oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations. When the general manager is unavailable, you will be in charge of supervising personnel, dealing with client problems, and ensuring that our customers enjoy a 5-star experience. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service while adhering to hotel budget and quality standards. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management and three years of managerial experience in the hospitality business are strongly preferred. $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Propose adjustments that will increase hotel profitability by assessing department performance and identifying issue areas
• Verify that all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as any business or brand-specific policies and procedures, are followed
• Support the general manager in the daily operation of the hotel to ensure that all guest service standards are met

• Lead daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold our 5-star standards.
• Collaborate with the general manager to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and manage hotel budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Oversee staff training and development, empowering team members to grow and excel in their roles.

• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
• A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in a hospitality role, is required
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
