Hotel General Manager

The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands‑on leadership role requires a proactive, self‑starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 yearly Qualifications Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Responsibilities Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists. Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance.
