Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support AI operational governance, enterprise application support, portfolio management, and process optimization. This position is not an AI Engineering role and does not require advanced machine learning, model development, or data science expertise.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications and operational processes, with exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, AI lifecycle management, and AI use-case registration .
Required Qualifications
- Experience in AI operations, enterprise application support, IT operations, governance, or a related area .
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, or AI lifecycle management .
- Experience with enterprise application administration or operational ownership.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and process-management skills.
- Basic Python knowledge for reporting or process automation.
- Experience developing dashboards and automating operational reports/processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry .
- Experience supporting enterprise AI programs or AI portfolios.
- Exposure to AI use-case registration and approval workflows.
- Experience with responsible AI or AI compliance frameworks.
- Experience with data governance.
- Experience with AI application support and lifecycle management.
This Role Is NOT Intended For
- Pure software developers without operational ownership experience.
- Pure data scientists without application support experience.
- Candidates without enterprise application administration experience.
- Candidates lacking governance, compliance, or process-management experience.
- Candidates with very limited stakeholder-facing experience.
- Candidates with frequent short-term positions and no demonstrated ownership of responsibilitie
