Lowndes is seeking a Receptionist to join our Vero Beach office. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff, creating a welcoming and professional first impression of the firm. This role manages the front desk, answers and directs incoming calls, coordinates visitors, and provides administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. This position will also assist with administrative support for an attorney in the office. The id eal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to providing exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
3. Coordinate conference rooms and notify attorneys of arriving guests.
4. Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
5. Assist with copying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
7. Support attorneys and staff with general office needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates should enjoy a teamwork environment, have a professional demeanor, possess excellent communication skills, and be proactive and detail oriented. Excellent computer skills are necessary with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Great benefits and free onsite parking.
