One year restaurant experience and weekend availability required!
Pay rate of $14.00/hr (plus tips - typically between an additional $7-$13/hr), you can earn while having a blast in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Host at Craft & Crew Hospitality, you have the exciting opportunity to be the face of our restaurant! You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by managing reservations, accurately estimating wait times, and escorting them to their designated areas. By utilizing our occupancy software like OpenTable, you'll keep track of seating availability and provide guests with all the necessary information to enhance their visit, from menu descriptions to server introductions. Your attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
As an Expo, you will be at the frontline of the dining experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each dish leaves the kitchen not only tasting delicious but also looking picture-perfect. From garnishing plates to packaging carryout orders with precision, you'll showcase your extreme attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. By collaborating closely with both the kitchen and front of house teams, you'll help orchestrate seamless delivery to guests, all while upholding our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
