Automotive Service Advisor

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dedicated service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers when they bring their vehicles in for maintenance and repair. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers, as you will assess their needs, recommend services, and communicate with our technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Stay informed on promotional offerings and product knowledge to enhance customer experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is preferred Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Benefits 401K with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training Direct deposit Sponsored healthcare Health savings account with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr Conklin Automotive Group
