Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in the state
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and faculty
• Understanding of IEP process and ability to document progress effectively
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to individualized support

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs and create customized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom success and accessibility
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
• Educate students and families on strategies to support daily participation and skill-building
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
