About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Marketing to lead its global marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand authority, demand generation, and product positioning for enterprise solutions. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in executive marketing, particularly within high-growth B2B enterprise SaaS or technology platforms. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with owning the brand and category narrative, building a scalable demand engine, and leading product marketing and positioning. They must have a strong background in targeting Fortune 2000 companies, a deep understanding of complex enterprise buyer journeys, and the ability to integrate AI and advanced data technologies to enhance marketing workflows. Key responsibilities for the VP of Marketing at the company include scaling and developing the marketing organization, elevating the company's external profile through PR and thought leadership, and operating as a go-to-market leader. The role requires a candidate with exceptional collaboration skills, particularly in working with sales, product, and finance executives, and a people-first leadership approach to build a culture of continuous feedback and high engagement. While not mandatory, direct experience in climate tech, sustainability, energy management, or the utilities sector is a plus.
