Floor Tech

Experienced Floor Tech Henson Park Health & Rehab Henson Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dependable and experienced Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team. This position is currently part-time with the possibility of full-time hours based on facility needs and performance. Responsibilities Perform routine floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas Operate and maintain floor care equipment Assist housekeeping staff as needed Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines Requirements Previous experience as a floor tech in a healthcare or commercial setting Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning solutions Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends or evening shifts if needed We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
