Located in Naperville , IL Salary: $65,000-$100,000k/yr Now Hiring: Business DeveloperBase Pay: $65,000-$100,000 + Commission & Bonus Incentives Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Business Developer . This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role focused on new business development , face-to-face conversations, and long-term client partnerships. If you thrive on building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunities, this role is for you. What You'll Do:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through phone and in-person sales efforts
- Conduct approximately 100 sales activities weekly , including 60 face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
- Meet directly with business leaders to assess staffing needs and present customized solutions
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans targeting new clients and growth opportunities
- Lead outreach efforts for Top 20 Hit List prospects
- Collaborate daily with the internal recruiting team to ensure client needs are met
- Represent Express professionally in client offices, plants, and community settings
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and client success
- Regular travel throughout the local area, including client sites and plants
- Ability to manage daily travel, deadlines, and client priorities
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle
- Occasional out-of-town travel for meetings or training
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Day shift, 8-hour workdays
- Base salary: $65,000-$100,000 per year
