Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This opportunity is located in Smyrna, TN in a hospital setting. Your imaging skills will contribute to patient care and clinical decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience performing general diagnostic ultrasound exams in a hospital radiology environment.
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts and follow department protocols for imaging and patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional ARDMS specialty certifications (for example, abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular) preferred.
• Prior experience with hospital PACS and ultrasound systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 20:30–07:00.
• Scheduled workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (per VMS: MON/TUES/WED/THUR 8:30PM-7:00AM).
