We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.As a Process Engineer (official title will be Industrial Engineer II/Sr) you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to implement data-driven solutions, improve SAP systems, and support automation efforts. Your work will influence daily operations, labor efficiency, and long-term manufacturing performance.If you are looking for an opportunity to apply Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering expertise in a high-impact environment, this role offers strong visibility and career growth.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDrive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product qualityAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operationsManage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centersConduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costingPartner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integrationDevelop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalabilitySupport capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operationsThis role may have direct reports.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS AN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER II3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required.4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS AN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SR6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.  The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.With best-in-class benefits, you can be the best you, and together, we can be the best in the industry.
