Sr Executive Assistant

Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for managers, clients, and other personnel within the assigned line of business and/or geography. Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing e‑mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare briefings, agendas, and presentation decks as needed. Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and coordinating catering when necessary. Manage calendar activities: scheduling appointments, making appointments, and prioritizing critical matters. Call candidates and coordinate interviews based on manager availability. Take minutes during meetings. Book travel and process associated expense reports. Answer phone calls politely and professionally, and redirect calls to the appropriate person. Welcome visitors and determine the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department. Act as an office manager by maintaining office supply inventory. Assist other executive assistants as needed on broader corporate events and/or provide backup support to their line of business and/or geography.
