With locations from Maine to Connecticut in the Northeast, and from the Carolinas to Georgia in the Southeast, we are redefining excellence and innovation in every region we serve.If you're a painting professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who takes pride in clean lines, flawless finishes, and exceptional results, join our team and fuel your career with a company driving the future of convenience and energy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.Repair drywall as needed.Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipmentMaintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.Requirements3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).Sharp eye for detailProficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprintStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.CompensationCompetitive hourly wage based on experience.Traveling in a company vanGas Card.Company-provided tools and equipment.Referral, Sign- On and Performance Bonus OpportunitiesLife InsuranceMedical/Dental/VisionTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts and moreEqual Opportunity Employer Nouria values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Enmarket is an equal opportunity employer.
