Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village is looking for fun, friendly, hospitality-loving Hosts & To-Go team members to join our crew!

You’re the first hello, the last goodbye, and everything in between. Whether you’re welcoming a table, managing a packed waitlist, answering the phone, or making sure a to-go order gets into the right hands, you help set the tone for the entire Cane Rosso experience.

If you can stay organized when things get crazy, genuinely enjoy talking to people, and want to work with a crew that loves pizza, Star Wars, dogs, and having a damn good time at work , you might have found your spot.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Host or To-Go team member, you help run the show from the front door.

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a great attitude
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center
• Keep the restaurant flowing by communicating with servers, bartenders, and managers
• Answer phones promptly and confidently help guests with questions
• Take and organize to-go orders accurately
• Keep the host stand organized and ready for whatever the shift throws your way
• Read the room, anticipate guest needs, and jump in to help your teammates
• Make sure guests leave feeling just as good as they did when they walked in

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hosting experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who can multitask like a pro when the restaurant gets busy
• Availability for days, nights, and weekends
• Experience with OpenTable Guest Center is a big plus and may qualify you for higher pay
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people
