• Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and review of medical records.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Provide ongoing patient education and support to manage chronic conditions and promote preventive care.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and referring physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the EPIC electronic medical records system.

• Qualifications for Success:

  • Current board certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
  • Valid and active medical license in the state of California is required. We are not seeking willingness to relocate or obtain additional licensure at this time.
  • Experience using EPIC, the electronic medical records system used at the facility, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and staff.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment is crucial.
