Forklift Operator Lead

Forklift Operator LeadLoads, unloads, stages, pulls and distributes pallets of product supplies. Rotates floor stock by moving oldest product first. Performs other Warehouse or production duties as assigned. Must be certified. Lead role to other fork lift operators who will assign and regulate workflow. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation from 5:30pm to 6:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.Position Responsibilities:Load and unload trucksCoordinating materials throughout the KDP facilityMonitoring, counting, tracking and receiving of materialsDirects daily work flow of forklift operators and stepping in where neededAbility to lead the crew with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and provide feedbackMay load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as requiredAssist with unloadingTotal Rewards:Pay starting at $24.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.12 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
