Regenerative Orthopedic Center (ROC) is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to join our team.

Our Patient Services Representatives are often the first and last people our patients interact with during their visit. This position plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience while keeping a busy orthopedic clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail, and understands that great patient service means being both welcoming and efficient.

What You'll Do

As a Patient Services Representative, you will:

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Confirm and update demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments according to clinic and provider guidelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements as needed.
• Assist patients with scheduling and general appointment-related questions.
• Scan, upload, fax, and maintain patient documents.
• Route billing questions to the appropriate Revenue Cycle team member.
• Communicate with clinical teams regarding patient flow, scheduling concerns, and other patient needs.
• Help maintain an organized and professional front-office environment.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Support the team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, administrative, medical office, or similar professional experience.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain professional and composed when working with patients who may be frustrated, uncomfortable, or experiencing a stressful situation.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a medical office, specialty clinic, or orthopedic practice.
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance eligibility, referrals, or healthcare scheduling.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Location: Oregon City
• Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Work Setting: Onsite orthopedic clinic
• Employees may be asked to work at multiple ROC locations based on clinic needs.
