Senior UI Architect

Job Title

We are looking for a sharp, experienced, driven engineer who wakes up every day eager to help build the best possible scaling production web/mobile/platform apps. This person will join our application development team and be responsible for architecting and implementing new features in our hybrid front-end application used by thousands of people every day.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with product team to architect and develop new features for all three sides of our market (small/medium-sized businesses, job sources/aggregators, and customers)
• Spearhead migration of Meteor/Blaze hybrid (responsive) application to React
• Improve team velocity and reliability by introducing and enforcing better development processes and patterns

Requirements:

• Must be local and work in our Boston, MA office daily
• 3+ years building high-scale modern web applications
• Experience with TDD/BDD patterns in modern JavaScript development
• Extensive experience with React and componentized, decoupled front-end development
• Experience/exposure to Meteor.js is a plus but by no means a requirement
• Comfortable in a fast pace, high pressure, start-up culture that expects great things every day
