Sales Operations Leader — CRM & Inside Sales Excellence

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Director of Sales Operations in New York to lead Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Funnel Management. You will own CRM governance, drive data integrity for forecasting, and implement scalable processes across a 70+ person team. Strong leadership and analytics are essential for success.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to improve service metrics and customer engagement while guiding strategic planning and budgeting for the sales organization.
