Event Manager

Salary: $50,000 $60,000 CAD per year

We are looking for an organized and proactive Event Manager to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, ensuring smooth event operations, managing attendee registration, and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and trade shows.

• Welcome and assist attendees during events.

• Set up tables, signage, and event decorations.

• Manage attendee registration using registration software.

• Coordinate venue setup and teardown.

• Communicate with vendors, exhibitors, and event participants.

• Assist with planning and coordinating future events.

• Prepare and send administrative emails and event-related communications.

• Maintain event schedules, records, and documentation.

• Ensure events are organized, professional, and completed successfully.

• Previous experience in event management.

• Experience using event registration software.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

• Valid driver's licence is required.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• $50,000 $60,000 CAD per year (based on experience)

• Full-time, permanent position.
