We trust our people to make decisions, encourage collaboration over hierarchy and create opportunities for everyone to grow their careers.We're building a team of people who care about doing great work, and enjoy doing it together.What You'll Be DoingAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final closeout, ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.You'll be responsible for:Leading multiple construction projects from planning through completion.Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact.Managing project budgets, schedules and overall financial performance.Coordinating Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.Identifying and resolving project risks before they impact delivery.Leading project meetings and providing clear communication to all stakeholders.Supporting contract administration, procurement and change management.Mentoring and developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the quality standards our clients expect.You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of an experienced team and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on every project you lead.What Success Looks LikeYou'll build long-term client relationships based on trust.Your projects will be delivered safely, profitably and to an exceptional standard.
