Growing together.The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering will lead engineering delivery for a next-generation AI-driven platform focused on advanced analytics, decision intelligence, and optimization. This role blends hands-on technical leadership, program execution, and cross-ecosystem collaboration (business stakeholders, external partners, and global teams) to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.Primary Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native applications (ML, optimization, agentic workflows) aligned to business prioritiesEmbed AI-assisted development (Copilot, LLM agents) to improve speed, quality, and engineering productivityLead complex, multi-stream programs across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring predictable deliveryOwn backlog, dependencies, and execution across engineering and partner teamsTranslate business needs into scalable engineering solutions with measurable outcomesPartner with product, architecture, and business leaders to deliver valueWork closely with external partners and vendors to integrate advanced capabilities into enterprise platformsDrive accountability and outcomes across internal and third-party teamsEnforce modern engineering practices (microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture)Embed security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices across deliveryYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven platforms in production environments2+ years of experience in:Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Microservices, APIs, distributed systemsDevOps tooling (CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes)2+ years of experience with using enterprise-approved AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) to enhance productivity2+ years of AI experience across software engineering workflows including development, testing, and documentationDemonstrated experience leading global engineering teams (onshore + offshore)Experience managing complex, multi-team programs with external partners/vendorsUnited States CitizenshipIf you are offered this position, you will be required to provide extensive personal information to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance as a condition of your employmentPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in optimization, simulation, or decision intelligence platforms2+ years of experience with advanced analytics or emerging AI technologies (e.g., agentic AI, optimization engines)2+ years of experience working with external innovation or technology partners2+ years of experience with building platforms for:Scenario modelingData-driven decision supportCompetitive or market intelligence systemsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
