The position emphasizes collaborative, integrated care within the Behavioral Health department and with primary care and medical staff throughout the organization.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Clinical Evaluation and Treatment, Risk Assessment and Safety, Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Care, Care Coordination and Continuity, Telehealth Services, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Compliance, Professional Development and LeadershipREQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited medical school with a New York State license to practice medicine, Must be Board eligible with the expectation that will become Board Certified in given specialty within five (5) years of hireLICENSES REQUIRED: New York State License to practice medicine, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) CertificateEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Group practice experience a plus, Experience in collaborative or integrated care settings a plus
