Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach and relationship maintenance. Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding coverage options. Assess customer needs and present suitable insurance options Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
