As a Retail Sales Associate , you'll represent a leading wireless brand by assisting customers with devices, service plans, and accessories while creating a positive shopping experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
- Help customers compare devices, plans, and accessories to find the best fit.
- Educate customers on current promotions, new products, and available services.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process new activations, upgrades, payments, and other customer transactions.
- Keep displays organized and maintain a clean, professional sales floor.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company promotions.

Qualifications

- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel between work locations within the Bakersfield area.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
