Our clients hire us for some of their most exciting and challenging projects in the healthcare, laboratory, industrial, education, space, and energy markets. The role involves working across varied project delivery approaches, managing projects through design and execution, and focusing on sustainable engineering solutions. We work in tight-knit teams that support and mentor each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.QualificationsBachelor's in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fieldRegistration as a P.E. requiredMinimum 10+ years in the HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering field requiredAbility to lead a multidiscipline engineering team.ASHRAE Certifications and active industry involvement preferredLEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA Certifications preferredEnergy modeling experience is a plusExperience with MS Office programsDesire to work as a pro-active team player.Exceptional technical writing and communication skillsExpected annual salary of $115,000 - $150,000.Additional InformationCoffman Engineers is a company that truly focuses on its employees.
