Blair Therapies is excited to announce an immediate opening for an HR Coordinator to join our Pediatric Therapy Clinic (Blair County). We are a therapist-owned and operated practice with over 45 dedicated professionals serving children and families across our Early Intervention, Pediatric Therapy Center, and School-Based departments. Responsibilities Onboarding of new employees Payroll coordination and management Compliance tracking and reporting Maintenance of employee systems Administration of training systems Qualifications HR coordination and/or payroll experience required Highly organized and detail oriented Professional who is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a growing pediatric therapy organization Compensation Competitive rates based on experience and role.
