Office Clerk
Office Clerk Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Clerk to support daily office operations through administrative, clerical, and logistical tasks. This role is responsible for handling mail, maintaining records, coordinating office resources, and providing support to staff, clients, and visitors in a professional and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers while providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering arrangements.
- Manage document scanning, filing, organization, and quality control.
- Maintain office common areas, including kitchens, conference rooms, and supply areas.
- Monitor and replenish office and mailroom supplies.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document management.
- Assist with additional office support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. 2+ years of administrative, office support, or mailroom experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-service focused. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
