Shift Leader Overview We are looking for a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and shape the guest experience. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure quality of food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Represent the brand and set the morale and tone of the team throughout the shift. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3AM) and weekends. Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law. Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (always preferred; required at specific locations) and must meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy. Hourly rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour (starting pay subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations; ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position).
