Senior Payroll Analyst

Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a “Senior Payroll Analyst” based out of Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, and multi-state payroll while ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and excellent employee support. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time Review timesheets, deductions, taxes, and payroll adjustments Maintain payroll records in ADP WorkforceNow Process new hires, terminations, and leave of absence transactions Audit Workday payroll interface data Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations Required Qualifications 10+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid to large size organization Strong experience with ADP WorkforceNow (required) Workday HRIS experience Knowledge of multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and wage & hour regulations Preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
