Position Summary:
PointClickCare is looking for an experienced B2B Sr. Marketing Manager to joining our growing SaaS healthcare technology company. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns for PointClickCare. You will drive product demand through multiple channels including paid ads, publications, web, email, social and multiple onsite channels. You will lead cross-functional teams inclusive of Product Managers, Digital Marketers, Content Strategies, and Senior Business Leaders. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be accountable for directing agency strategy and aligning all activity across the Marketing Mangers.

A successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, data driven analyses and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent value propositions and communication plans. Key Responsibilities:
Work Across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to develop, execute and maintain large high-impact multi-touch campaigns inclusive of events, that inspire consumers and drive engagement

Own agency of record strategy for the business unit inclusive of campaign strategy, appropriate channel mix, budget management, analyzing campaign performance and ensuring effective communication between PointClickCare and the agency.

Subject matter expert in industry leveraging customer insights to produce audience-centric derivative content

Lead customer journey seeking out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and gain visibility into lead quality

Research and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences

Regularly dive deep into data reports and dashboard to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize

Manage multiple projects and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with executive level stakeholders inclusive of marketing strategy, goals, and performance of campaigns.

Lead the development of comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned to be executed across the Marketing Managers.

Act as team lead by supporting with training or coaching to enhance their skills and grow in their roles.

Skills & Experience:
6+ years of B2B marketing experience

Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experiencing leading teams or mentoring junior team members

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience with paid and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)

Experience presenting ideas to executive levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Experience with Excel or Salesforce (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)

Proven success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.

Preferred Experience:
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

Experience in paid search and paid social

Experience in healthcare technology

Experience managing large amount of data including customer segments and online campaign metrics

7+ years of B2B marketing experience

Experience working with marketing agencies for execution

$64.66 - $71.83 an hour At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base hourly range for this position is $64.66 - $71.83 ($134,000 - $149,000), non-overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
