JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)
Location: Marseilles IL
Pay: 18.00/Hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Temporary Project - August 3rd - November

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations during our busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative duties, customer interaction, and helping maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. The position is expected to begin on or around August 3rd and continue through the Thanksgiving timeframe.

1. Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Maintain office appearance, including seasonal and holiday decorations.
3. Keep breakrooms stocked with snacks, beverages, coffee supplies, utensils, plates, napkins, and condiments throughout the day.
4. Keep breakrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and common office areas clean, organized, and presentable.
5. Track and report inventory levels for snacks and office supplies and restock supply areas as needed.
6. Scan documents, process paperwork, assist with billing documentation, and organize records for storage.
7. Assist with event planning and coordination, including catering orders, company events, annual inventory preparation, mail distribution, birthday cards, and EZ Text communications.

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.

• Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and stock office and breakroom supplies as needed
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
