Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist - Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Castle Rock, CO.

Schedule: Mon Fri 7am-4pm (40hours/week)

Job Type: contract

Contract Length: 3 months+

Pay Range: $24.50 - $26.25 per hour Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections safely and accurately.
• Collect, process, label, and handle clinical and forensic specimens.
• Serve pediatric, geriatric, and special patient populations professionally.
• Verify patient information, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and stocked work areas.
• Provide excellent patient service and support healthcare providers.
• Travel to PSC/IOP locations as needed with short notice.
• Complete required training and maintain credentials.

A High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
