Remote AI Product Quality Lead
Human Agency
Human Agency is seeking a senior QA/product-focused contractor to triage bugs and interpret user feedback, ensuring high quality across AI-enabled products. You’ll use Claude Code and other AI tools to move faster while applying solid judgment, triaging what matters for users and leadership.
Fully remote role for US or Canada-based candidates. Compensation is hourly, with potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.
