Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.   Job summary:The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center is seeking a Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support and execute Advanced Programs contracts. This is an onsite position located in McKinney, Texas.What You Will Do:Own all cost, schedule, and technical execution responsibilities for assigned program scopeLead Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, proposal inputs, staffing projections, and planning artifactsEstablish and maintain a disciplined technical baseline with effective change management practicesDevelop, monitor, and manage technical performance measures and engineering metricsDrive a rigorous Risk and Opportunity Management process across engineering teamsServe as the primary communication conduit to executive leadership, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering IPTsEnsure systems engineering tasks are executed within allocated budget and schedule constraintsLead proposal development efforts, including technical volume creation, BOEs, and bid strategiesCoordinate across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure alignment, integration, and technical consistencyMake data-driven decisions that balance cost, schedule, risk, and mission needsEngage with program management, engineering leadership, and support teams throughout contract executionEnsure product end-result quality meets customer expectations and contractual commitmentsQualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience; OR advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience with Systems Engineering that includes program execution and integrationExperience overseeing risk and identifying opportunities within complex aerospace or defense programsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
