Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding for frontline field positions. This role will partner closely with operations and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure new employees complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish and an onsite presence four days per week. Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and field positions .Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities .Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, hiring events, referrals, and other recruiting channels .Screen and interview candidates in both English and Spanish .Schedule interviews and communicate hiring updates to candidates and managers .Prepare and extend job offers .Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities .Assist candidates with applications, employment documents, and electronic onboarding .Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system .Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress .Participate in onsite hiring events, new account start-ups, and other recruitment initiatives .Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process .
