This role involves delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Assist with ADLs and patient mobility where applicable Monitor vitals, pain levels, and report any clinical changes Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Follow infection control and safety protocols Unit Details: ER | Acute Care | Hospital Setting Work Environment: High-acuity, team-based setting requiring adaptability and strong clinical judgment Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice BLS Certification (Required) Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in ER Experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills ACLS preferred (required for ICU/ER settings) Experience with IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patients Ability to manage multiple patients in ER unit #J-18808-Ljbffr TravelNurseSource
