Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The Accounting Clerk will support daily accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy of financial and inventory data.This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily cash and cash balancesPerform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial informationProvide customer service support, including assisting customers at the front desk and answering incoming phone callsScan, organize, and file documents for recordkeeping and complianceAssist with general administrative and accounting support tasks as neededIdentify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting or inventory issuesMinimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support roleRegular use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programsIntermediate Excel skills preferredStrong 10-key data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilityStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsProfessional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Timber Country Coca-Cola Beverages
