About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Founder's Office to play a pivotal role in driving the company's most critical priorities to successful outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to create and implement structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This hands-on position requires the ability to connect decisions across various functions, including engineering, deployments, sales, and operations, and to take ownership of the work necessary for the company's scaling. The role involves driving cross-functional initiatives, owning strategic projects, and building the company's operating cadence. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for building practical systems, using AI tools to automate work, and addressing emerging problems with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a demanding professional setting, with a proven track record of taking on and excelling in challenging responsibilities.
